For regular in-stock items, there are no refunds. Packages can be returned, in unused condition, in original packaging for a gift card, with less restocking fees up to 1 week after delivery. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges to return the item and shipping charges will not be refunded. If it is discovered that the item has been opened or tampered with, a full charge will remain.
If you have purchased your explorer ring from the Amazon App Store, please reach out to them regarding your refund as this is not something we can do on our end.
There are no refunds when the customer has entered the address information incorrectly. The customer accepts responsibility for ensuring address information is entered correctly. Once the item has been dispatched, we are unable to reroute it.
We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, or any extra fees, once the package has been dispatched.
Exchanges and Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you an exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
